Good news for TACCA contractor members!
A settlement has been reached with OSHA from a recent legal challenge to the agency's Confined Spaces in Construction regulation. The settlement clarifies that the new regulation has very limited application in residential HVAC.
To enhance existing rebate programs and reach more CPS customers, beginning September 1, 2016 Wisconsin-based Franklin Energy will take over residential incentives and weatherization rebate programs and Austin-based CLEAResult will take over commercial programs. CPS expects the rebate process to become more streamlined and to still save money.
